The villas are large, outdoor area and kitchen well equipped, private pool is beautiful. Very quiet.

Very Good

Location was good close to shops and restaurants, beach was about 10min walk. Villa it self is starting to show its age but still had everything you would expect

Bed was too hard we were going to book longer but couldn't do another night in the bed.

Just beautiful!

the villa is just wonderful! Except for the bed, everything was extremely comfortable. The entire place is very well maintained and sparkling clean throughout. We loved the size of the pool and how clean it was. The water temperature was perfect and it was a good size and nice and deep. The outdoor living area was so comfortable, with the couch having room for 2 people to both lie down, the dining table, the good cooking facilities, the full size and cold fridge, the microwave, the ceiling fan and the extra toilet in addition to the bathroom. The 2 sun loungers were very comfortable and a sun umbrella. Inside, the room was very, very spacious and we enjoyed the indoor lounge as well. I loved having the walk in wardrobe behind the bed so our messy stuff was hidden away from our view. The bathroom is huge with separate shower, separate toilet and a beautiful marble bathtub. The daily house keeping was excellent and the standard of cleaning is fabulous. The staff were all lovely and friendly and we enjoyed a few good conversations with the lovely reception lady, Tika (I hope I spelt it correctly). Location is good - very close to plenty of shops and restaurants but in a quiet lane away from the road. Access to the beach was easy, about 5 - 7 minutes walk via the locked gate of their sister villas over the road. We've stayed in 5 other villas over the last 5 weeks and this was absolutely the BEST! We will definitely come again, provided we can be sure no families with screaming kids would be staying at the same time. :-)

~ The bed mattress is hard and lumpy. New king size beds would be a serious improvement! Simple topper pads for the existing queen beds would also help big time. ~ There are 2 turtles kept in a concrete bunker style 'pond' in our villa. It was very distressing watching them trying to climb out and beg for food. It's very, very, very cruel to keep any animal in a prison like that. ~ A very LOUD family in a neighbouring villa had a couple of small kids who constantly had tantrums or cried at 100 decibels or shouted. The staff had no control over this, though they did ask the people to be a bit quieter. The villas would benefit from having a 'no kids under 10 years' policy!

Absolute bliss. Will come again!

The Villa was spacious, clean pool with a great temperature, excellent cooking facilities, great outdoor space, extra toilet and shower outside meant we didn’t disturb the baby who was sleeping inside

The pillows on the bed were so uncomfortable. That was the only negative- everything else was great!

Exceptional

Just off the main street and not far from the beach. Villa J has lots of space it's huge. The very private pool is long enough to swim for exercise.

There is a bit of noise from near-by construion but not to bad.

A peaceful friendly place for a relaxing vacation.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and private but only 2 mins walk to the Main Street. We enjoyed it so much we cancelled our plans and stayed longer.

lovely stay!

great location beautiful villa helpful and friendly staff daily cleaning pool was warm and large windows in the bedroom looked out onto pool - beautiful touch

no mosquito net around the bed and the doors have gaps - on my last night I woke up with 12 bites all over my body. pool was great but it could do with a clean and has small little water fountains next to the pool which wasn’t working and looked like maggots were in there

Very private and the Staff are lovely and not intrusive and will do anything they can.

The staff were there to check us in.

The TV was very small and the available TV channels was disappointing.

Fantastic staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great facilities. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our prefect get-away for peace and quiet and a little bit of luxury.

Home away from home (with a lot of benefits!)

we have stayed here several time snow and always feel welcomed, comfortable and for us, a home away from home. Very private yet so close to restaurants, the market, the beach and the touristy areas. The cockerels meantime tell you that you’re in the countryside :-) Very easy access to the beach through their sister property at Ajanta. Breakfast in the villa is excellent and generous. Since Covid, now with very generous drinking water supply in the villa. Stove and microwave and big fridge kitchenette excellent for stour frying the local veggies from the market to supplement deliveries of delicious local food. Staff are terrific and professional. They were properly looked after through covid and the owners deserve respect for that. Same staff we saw 3 weeks pre Covid and now! We had turtles (or terrapins?) to entertain us this time. Boy, are they greedy and attention seeking!
